Director of Food & Beverage
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 base + bonus eligible

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in high-volume, multi-outlet food & beverage operations 
• Experience in upscale/luxury boutique hospitality with diverse dining concepts (restaurants, bars, events)
• Strong leadership presence with a focus on team development, culture, and service excellence

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to oversee large teams (80+ staff) and manage full P&L accountability
• Hands-on leader able to drive revenue, control costs, and elevate guest experience across multiple concepts
