Salary: $130K-$160K base + $10K bonus.

Michelin Fine Dining Restaurant seeks a hands-on General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and develop high-performing teams.
 
Qualifications:

• Direct experience in a Michelin 1-, 2-, or 3-Star restaurant required; 2- or 3-Star experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in Michelin-starred and/or Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond restaurant environments.
• Proven luxury restaurant leadership with strong financial, cost-management, guest-service, and team-development capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily FOH operations, service standards, guest experience, and high-touch recovery across multiple dining concepts.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate managers and hourly team members while driving accountability and retention.
• Manage labor, costs, inventory, vendors, budgets, and procedures while collaborating with culinary and senior leadership.
