A boutique hotel is looking for a great Sous Chef to add to their team in Charleston, SC! 
 
Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience with upscale restaurant operations 
• Prior hotel experience a plus.
• A hands on operator with culinary creativity 

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff—including line cooks, prep cooks, and stewards—while maintaining exceptional quality, efficiency under pressure, and a strong team culture.
• Oversee daily culinary preparation, line execution, and detailed banquet production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the highest standards of presentation.
• Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on inventory management, seasonal menu development, product sourcing, and maintaining strict DHEC sanitation and food safety standards.
