Qualifications: 

• 2+ years Kitchen Management Experience
• P&L knowledge
• Ordering experience

 
Responsibilities: 
 

• Oversee full Ktichen operations of a small deli and bar
• This is a very hands on role and you will need to be comfortable with being on the line and managing a staff
