• Highschool diploma or GED
• Four years of culinary experience
• Minimum 2 year of management
• Preferred experience in elevated dining at any level
• Preferred previous hotel experience at any level
• Tasting practicum will be required 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervising and scheduling kitchen staff
• Personally performing tasks to ensure that a consistently high quality product is produced
• Assisting with recruiting and training of new kitchen staff
• Assuming responsibility for kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is not present
• Assisting other outlets and with hotel and banquet operations as needed
