A select-service hotel is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, develop the team, and drive property performance.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
      - Hotel General Manager experience preferred; strong Assistant General Managers            ready for their first GM opportunity will be considered
      - Experience within a select-service or limited-service hotel environment
      - Strong leadership, financial acumen, and understanding of hotel operations and               guest satisfaction
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
      - Lead all day-to-day hotel operations while building an engaged, service-focused             team
      - Manage budgets, labor, forecasting, revenue performance, and overall property               profitability
      - Maintain brand standards while driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence,          and property performance
