Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality legal advice.
• Supporting business development initiatives to contribute to the growth of the department.
• Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team when required.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years’ PQE in Residential Property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in liaising with both existing clients and new enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines effectively.
• A proactive, organised, and client‑focused approach.
