Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South East London , are looking for an Adult Social Worker to work within the Locality Team

Position: Social Worker - Locality
Rate: £32 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Confident Adult Social Worker with at least 2 years experience
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Working within the locality team, where you will support with gaining independence, conducting assessment and working in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload to assess and support adults with safeguarding concerns. 
• Complete relevant assessments, safeguarding enquiries, reports and care packages in a timely accurate manner.
• Collaborate with individuals across multiple agencies to provide person centered support for vulnerable individuals.
• 2 years experience, within a Hospital Setting and Adult Social Care.
• Experience of Multi Disciplinary Working within Safeguarding.
• Knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity and community working .
