Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced MOSAIC Trainer to join their team and play a crucial role in their delivery operations.       

Position: MOSAIC Trainer (Adults) 
Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (September 2026) Possible Extension   

Purpose:

• The Mosaic Trainer will support the successful delivery and adoption of Mosaic within the council. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• The role involves designing and delivering training to staff and ensuring users are confident and capable in applying new workflows and recording models.
• The trainer will work closely with SME’s, operational leads, and technical teams to align training content to the project’s delivery goals.
• Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to the Children’s/Adults directorate across all staff levels. 
• Support UAT and early adopter groups with walk-throughs, drop-ins, and guidance. 
• Design training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with new workflows and system features. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a MOSAIC Trainer role or equivalent.
• Strong experience of Mosaic training delivery for Adults or Children’s directorates. 
• Strong core Mosaic knowledge and its functionality. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
