Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Midlands, are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Building Operations.   

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Rate: £400 daily rate (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work arrangement: Fully onsite


Job Responsibilities: 

• Delivering pre-contract and procurement activities.
• Delivering tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation.
• Providing governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience within a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements.
