JOB ROLE:
We are currently working alongside a London law firm who require an experienced litigation solicitor to join the team as soon as possible. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Landlord ad tenant disputes
• Lease renewals 
• Development disputes
• Property related professional negligence
• Rent reviews 
• Possession actions 
• Easements
• Real estate disputes
• Case preparation and strategy 
• Legal advice 
• Negotiation and settlement
• Case management

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 1-5 years PQE however if the length of your experience falls outside of this bracket, the firm would still like to hear from you as they recruit t all levels.
