Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in Leicestershire, are looking for 2 experienced Portfolio Analysts to join their team and play a crucial role in their digital operations.  

Position: Portfolio Analyst 
Location: Leicestershire 
Rate: £350-400 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)
2 Positions Available!

Duties:

• Collect, validate and analyse portfolio, programme and project data to support reporting, dashboards, planning and decision-making.
• Maintain assigned portfolio registers, including milestones, RAID, dependencies, benefits, resources, actions, decisions and updates.
• Support the production of regular portfolio reports, highlight reports and briefing material for the OPO Programme Boards.
• Identify and escalate gaps, inconsistencies, data quality issues, missing updates, overdue actions and emerging reporting concerns.
• Support planning and mobilisation activity by maintaining workstream schedules, document libraries, decision logs and reporting repositories.

Job Requirements:

• Degree level qualification, NVQ level 4 equivalent or demonstrable analytical experience at an equivalent level.
• Business analysis, project support, data analysis, PMO or programme/project management training or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of RAID, dependencies, milestones, benefits and action tracking.
• Experience supporting planning, RAID, benefits, dependency or performance reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and reporting tools.
