• PAY RATE:  £36,585.00

JOB ROLE
This role will manage the efficient functioning of the local authority’s construction, maintenance and building services contracts,


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• To manage and oversee the administration of building services contracts across the Local Authority’s managed estate, ensuring contractors meet statutory, operational, contractual and performance requirements 
• The postholder will monitor contractor performance, manage quality assurance processes and review KPI metrics for contractors including coordination of social value commitments
• ensuring contractors meet statutory, operational, contractual and performance requirements. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experienced Contracts officer 
• Maintain high standards of safety
• Good communication skills  
• Live in London
