Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Property litigation fee-earner to join their team based in the Surrey area.

• PAY RATE: Dependent on experience

JOB ROLE
The role will also involve advising clients on a range of disputes involving commercial & residential landlords, landowners and tenants alike


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Manage diverse caseload with a focus on property litigation matters.
• Handle disputes between adjoining owners 
• Stay abreast of changed in property and contract law 
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and external parties 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5 years+ PQE
• Qualified solicitor / legal executive with a back group in property litigation law 
• Experience of residential long lease work is highly desirable
• Experience in landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential, is essential.
