JOB ROLE Responsible for opening the day to day management of the new LGBTQ+ housing scheme.
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Ensure that action and risk management plans are comprehensive
Lead on wider pathway learning and development of best practice around supporting LGTBQ+ young people.
Be the primary point of communication and day to day operations decisions
In conjunction with Director of services
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
Proving operational experience of effective managing. Level 5 NVQ
Experience in supervising staff
Understanding of LGBTQ+ services
Good communication
