• WORK TYPE: Permanent

• LOCATION: Horsham

JOB ROLE
A client following or proven referral sources is required and will ideally be a full-time role.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Settle matters out of court through structured negotiations 
• Prepare bundle cases
• Challenge unreasonable service and negotiations
• Respond to complaints 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5-10 years PQE
• Strong organisation skills
• Confident with the up to date law
• Flexible working
