Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced NQ property litigation solicitor to join their team based in the Preston area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE:  Per Annum
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Preston

JOB ROLE
The work is varied, challenging and engaging, covering a wide range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, dilapidations, break clauses, forfeiture real property disputes including restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, trespass and possession and contractual and negligence disputes.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Attending hearings and all‑party meetings
• Managing matters under appropriate supervision
• Developing expertise in property litigation

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A qualified solicitor
• Strong IT skills 
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong commercial property litigation experience
