JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing both short and long-term cash flow, investments and borrowing strategies.
• Leading response to treasury management 
• Ensuring compliance with CIPFA treasury management code
• Monitoring treasury performance 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Registered CCAB qualification  
• Experience in Treasury management 
• Experience in local authority 
• Accountant skills
