Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal accounts assistant to join their team based in the Leeds area.

JOB ROLE
You will support support the accounts manager by providing accurate, efficient and timely administrative and accounting support.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Processing and posting of incoming/ outgoing payments. 
• Resolving account queries 
• Sending TT's, BACS and online payments ensuring great attention to detail.
• Provide cover to accounts manager 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Understanding of account principles and financial processes 
• Some knowledge of SRA account rules
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Previous legal cashiering experience is required
