Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in Bedfordshire, are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team and play a crucial role in their schools operations.  

Position: Finance Business Partner
Location: Bedfordshire
Rate: £600-650 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Hours: 24 hours per week / 3 days a week (Part-Time)

Duties:

• Deliver financial management services including financial advice and financial policy development.
• Provide business intelligence to ensure effective financial management and sound financial decision making.
• Manage and motivate a team of finance staff in the delivery of financial support services.
• Lead the Capital Programme development ensuring robust financial appraisals.

Job Requirements:

• Must be CCAB or CIMA Qualified with comprehensive post qualification experience in a similar role with a similar level of responsibility.
• Previous experience working within a local government environment.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex financial information.
• Demonstrate a commitment to work with key stakeholders.
