JOB ROLE
To undertake work in the Employment Department to provide quality advice to clients and enable other fee earners to attend to their increasing caseload


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advic
• Responsible for attending clients, taking instructions and advising.
• Responsible for assisting other employment fee earners on their files where required
• Responsible for actively proposing and participating in agreed marketing initiatives

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A qualified solicitor
• Good problem solving
• To report to the Head of Department, in a timely manner
• Quick and swift decision making
