Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Complaints & Improvement Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Complaints Operations

Role: Complaints & Improvement Officer
Pay: £30.37 ph Umbrella 
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 7 months rolling
Location: Hampshire

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints from receipt to resolution.
• Conduct detailed investigations, review evidence and prepare comprehensive responses, including conversations with the complainant.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Experience working in a Complaints & Improvement Officer or similar role
