Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Tax and Estate planning solicitor to join their team based in the Southampton area.

JOB ROLE
The role will require the successful candidate to join the Tax and Estate Planning offering, based in our Southampton office. This is a full-time role.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Administration of estates and trusts
• Preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on all aspects, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax treatment, of trusts
• Drafting all types of trusts and associated trust deeds

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5 years PQE
• A thorough understanding of the law relating to wills;
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Highly organised
