JOB ROLE
This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to legal challenges, ensuring that our clients’ interests are protected while fostering positive business relationships.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Provide legal advice on a variety of commercial and residential property matters.
• draft, review, and negotiate contract
• Advise clients on risk management strategies
• Represent clients in negotiations with third parties 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2 years PQE but less experience considered
• Able to manage own caseload
• Excellent communication skills 
• Problem solving abilities
