Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in South London, are looking for an experienced Asset Data Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their asset operations.  

Position: Asset Data Manager
Location: South London
Rate: £32.39 p/h (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)

Duties:

• Lead on asset data matters for R&I section and facilitate excellent and customer focused service to residents.
• Undertake holistic analysis to understand the performance of the stock and introduce appropriate action plans of intervention or disinvestment.
• Lead on developing a five-year investment plan aligned with appropriate data which reflect the needs of the stock and the strategic objectives.
• Analyse trends in responsive repairs and voids to reduce demand and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of asset management legislation,
  systems, procedures and requirements.
• Knowledge of good practice in asset management planning with
  regard to long-term maintenance strategies.
• Relevant experience of leading a team with a holistic approach to
  service delivery.
• Experience of working with residents and a range of stakeholders
  including local councillors in a politicised environment.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant
  training/experience.
