Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Leicestershire, are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role within their Surveying Operations

Position: Building Surveyor
Rate: £29.03 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite 
Job Duties: 

• Conducting surveys, providing opinion and working with schedulers to ensure that work is assessed, triaged and completed within effective timescales
• Carry out measured surveys and compile information to assist with the preparation of specifications, orders and other contract documents
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and feasibility reports and provide reports to the Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works Team Manager as and when requested.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor or similar role
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Driving License Required
