• PAY RATE: $260,000 - $310,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its highly regarded IP & Technology Transactions practice in New York.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with a strong background in intellectual property and technology transactions to join a sophisticated practice and work on complex, high-value matters alongside leading lawyers across multiple offices and practice areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Advise on a broad range of IP and technology transactions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practice groups
• Support clients on sophisticated and commercially significant technology and intellectual property matters
• Contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented practice

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience (approximately 2022–2023 qualification years)
• Strong experience in IP and technology transactions
• Solid experience gained within a leading law firm
• A high level of academic achievement
• Active membership of the New York Bar preferred
