Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Employment solicitor to join their team based in the Manchester area.

JOB ROLE
This is a hybrid role to provide support to senior fee earners, other members of the team and colleagues in the wider firm.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Liaising with and attendance on clients 
• Engagement with other parties involved in matters ensuring precise communication
• Delegation of work as appropriate to, and supervision of, junior fee earners
• Completion of tasks as allocated by senior fee earners on larger and more complex matters in a timely manner

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5-10 years PQE
• Past experience of business client 
• Ability to work in teams and individually  
• Client focused
