Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Building Safety Levy Implementation Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Safety Operations

Position: Building Safety Levy Implementation Officer
Rate: £23.05 p/h PAYE
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties: 

• Lead the implementation of the Building Safety Levy across the Local Authority, ensuring readiness for statutory commencement.
• Design and document end-to-end levy processes, procedures and workflows covering assessment, billing, collection, enforcement, and reporting.
• Coordinate data requirements across Planning, Building Control and Finance to ensure accurate identification of liable developments.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Building Safety Levy Implementation Officer or similar role
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• DBS Required
