Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client are looking for an Early Help Family Worker to join their Family Solutions Service.

Position: Early Help Family Worker
Rate: £28.40 per hour 
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Start Date: ASAP

Purpose:
Supporting children, young people and families through intensive Early Help intervention, completing assessments and developing plans to improve outcomes and reduce the need for more targeted or statutory support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of up to 15 families.
• Completing comprehensive whole-family assessments and SMART plans.
• Providing intensive support to children and families with a range of needs.
• Working with partner agencies to coordinate support and review family progress.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Early Help experience – not Early Years experience.
• Experience working intensively with children and families.
• Strong assessment and planning skills, including writing comprehensive assessments and SMART plans.
• Enhanced DBS covering adults and children.
