Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Private client solicitor to join their team based in the Essex area.

JOB ROLE
Working with a broad range of clients on wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney and related private client matters.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing an appropriate caseload of private client matters with supervision and support.
• Maintaining files and records in line with SRA, Lexcel and internal practice management requirements.
• Advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Ideally NQ to 2 years PQE
• Previous experience in Will, probate, estate admin and trust of powers of attorney 
• Strong interest in public client work
• Approachable and keen to build their technique knowledge and confidence
