Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Pay and Benefits Support Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role within their Payroll Operations

Position: Pay and Benefits Support Advisor
Rate: £21.75 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 6 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties: 

• Accurately process data using the HR and Payroll system, iTrent, to ensure accurate records are maintained in line with audits.
• Respond to payroll enquiries effectively and in a timely manner in line with HR policy and procedure, legislation or statutory requirements.
• Collate and produce information in relation to Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information requests.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Pay and Benefits Support Advisor or similar role
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Competency in Payroll administration equivalent to NVQ level 3 or
  equivalent qualification.
