JOB ROLE Experienced conveyancing solicitor/ licensed conveyancer
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Building upon a new workload at our new Chelmsford office.
Day to day management of a caseload to a high standard.
Advising clients on residential property matters, providing clear and practical guidance.
Working collaboratively with agents and professionals to develop new business opportunities.
Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering a positive working environment.
Where appropriate, working in a team format with our remote solicitors.
Ensuring confidentiality and data security in all client interactions and legal processes.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and managers, keeping them informed of progress and issues.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
At least 5 years' post qualification experience with proven experience in residential property
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of data security and confidentiality protocols.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and legal technology adoption.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including SRA and CQS.
