Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Private crime solicitor  to join their team based in the Oxfordshire area.

• PAY RATE: Competitive

JOB ROLE
The team undertakes a varied range of privately funded general crime and road traffic matters.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing your own caseload 
• Required to undertake your own magistrates court advocacy including exceptional hardship applications and trials. 
• Working with private clients and generating work outside of duty solicitor rota/schemes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5 years PQE required 
• Able to work with private clients 
• Enthusiastic  
• Regulatory experience is desirable as in an own client following
