Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Associate to join their team based in the Washington DC area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: $235,000- $390,000 Per Annum
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Washington DC

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns 
• Capital markets transactions and international transactions,
• Advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions
• Experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2-6 years of tax experience
• AB LLM is preferred, but not required
• High level of motivation
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognised law school.
