PAY RATE: $235,000 - $390,000

JOB ROLE This is a tax associate role based in New York advising on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and international transactions.
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and international transactions.
Tax and compliance
Research and audit support
Client communication
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
2-6 years of tax experience
A high level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills
Strong client relations skills and experience handing several concurrent ongoing matters
A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognised law school
An LLM is preferred but not required
