Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Crime/ Duty solicitor to join their team based in the Blackburn area.

JOB ROLE
We provide high quality legal advice and services in a number of private and legally aided disciplines, including: Criminal Defence, Business Defence, Motoring and Road Transport, Family & Divorce, Child Care, Mediation, Court of Protection and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Deal with caseloads of crime work
• Representation at the Police station and court
• Part of the out of hours rota for Police station attendance 
• Legal advice

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• At lest 3 years PQE
• Practicing certificate for either SRA or CILEX
• Flexible approach to work
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
