Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a government organisation in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Head Of People Development & Reward to join their team and play a crucial role in their HR operations.  

Position: Head Of People Development & Reward
Location: Hampshire
Rate: £500-550 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)

Duties:

• Lead a multidisciplinary portfolio across Culture, Organisational Development, Reward, Leadership, Learning and Talent.
• Translate strategic workforce priorities and organisational demand into integrated people responses.
• Work with the Services Lead to ensure propositions and products can be delivered through effective systems, processes, services and employee journeys.
• Ensure leadership, learning, talent, succession, organisational development, culture, reward and employee experience operate as a coherent and mutually reinforcing system.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a regulated, public-sector, government-owned or similarly stakeholder-complex environment would be valuable.
• Experienced senior People leader who combines strategic breadth
  with practical delivery.
• Meaningful experience across some/all of learning, leadership, talent,
  succession, careers, OD, culture and/or reward.
• Ability to lead experienced specialists without needing to be the deepest technical expert in every discipline.
• Sufficient reward and governance credibility to support a CPO and lead
  senior specialists and advisers.
