Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.

Position: Senior Social Worker
Rate: £40.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 Months

Purpose:
Working with children and young people aged 0-18 with substantial and permanent disabilities, supporting them and their families through all stages of Children’s Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Holding a caseload and assessing the needs of children, young people and families.
• Identifying appropriate support packages to meet individual needs.
• Working across CIN, CP, CLA and transitions to adulthood.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with Social Workers, Family Practitioners and Occupational Therapists.

Job Requirements:

• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families within Children’s Services.
• Experience managing a caseload and completing assessments.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies.
