Key aspects of the role include:
Supporting social workers with assessments, direct work, home visits, safeguarding activity and multi-agency working.
Completing chronologies, genograms and life story work, while gathering information and liaising with partner agencies.
Coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records and administrative systems, and acting as a key contact for families and professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team.
Understanding of children’s social care and safeguarding, with experience working sensitively and collaboratively with families and professionals.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to equality, diversity and improving outcomes for vulnerable children; experience with case management systems is desirable.
