Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team based in Essex. 

Position: Litigation Solicitor       
Rate: Dependent on Previous Experience  
Location: Essex                
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Work in the Dispute Resolution Department, helping with cases related to Residential possession proceedings and Residential Landlord and Tenant Disputes. 
• Provide legal advice to clients, specific to their case. 
• Carry out legal research to specific cases, ensuring you are able to offer the best support possible. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Three years' post qualified experience. 
• Have an eye for detail, maintaining this at all times. 
• Experience within contract and land disputes (desirable).
