JOB SUMMARY
The Team manager will be working in Shared Lives scheme and Outreach Team. To provide comprehensive leadership and management to the Adult Placement Scheme and Outreach Team, in delivering high quality placements, care and support to our customers
Allocate resources to ensure best value in delivering services (Full JD available on request) 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• This role will indirectly manage the resource budget for the Adult Placement Scheme and Outreach team
• Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, development, training and performance of staff in consultation with the Registered Team Manager
• Oversee the allocation and control of workers and ensure they receive support, advice and supervision

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience of working in a Health or Social Care setting with a range of adults with different levels of needs
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidance that underpin the service
• NVQ/QCF level 4 or equivalent
