PAY RATE: £35,235 - £39,513 + Benefits 
WORK TYPE: Permanent 
WORK PATTERN: Full Time

JOB SUMMARY
The Social Worker to work within Children in Care teams who value the opportunity to work directly with children and families. 
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

•  Working closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard
• Working to have a strong coproduction ethos in the service helping children feel a sense of belonging, security and supporting them to thrive and achieve. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory social care
• Registered with SWE 
• Experience specific responsibilities for dealing with more complex cases, including assessment, care management and management of risk.
