Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Property litigation solicitor to join their team based in the Colchester area. 
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE:  £60,000-£70,000 negotiable 
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Colchester 

JOB ROLE
As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will have experience in property litigation, with the opportunity to develop further as a specialist in this area, potentially from a broader generalist litigation background.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Manage a varied of caseload of property litigation
• Provie high quality legal advice 
• Work with colleagues across the firm
• Support business development

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 5 Years PQE
• Motivated and commercially ware 
• Up to date on the current law 
• Excellent communication skills
