Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Property litigation to join their team based in the Southampton area.

JOB ROLE
You will be joining a busy and friendly team who work collaboratively on a large caseload that covers the full breadth of property litigation services.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Carry out marketing and business development activity as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team on larger files.
• Manage your own caseload of a mixture of property litigation files, acting for developers, retail chains, commercial property owners, agents, residential landlords and private individuals.
• Offer advice on legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 4 years PQE
• Drive and focus
• IT kills 
• knowledge of property litigation and keeping up to date
