JOB ROLE

Provide advice and assistance to clients on various private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration and powers of attorney.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Prepare legal documents 
• Manage caseloads, treating each case professionally 
• Maintain high standards of client care.
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Ideally 5 years PQE
• Focus on private client law
• Strong organisation skills 
• High ethical standards
