JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional service to clients.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities, helping to strengthen reputation within the local community.
• Support the continued growth and success of the Residential Conveyancing Team and wider firm.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Strong PQE but those with fewer are very welcome
• Easily approachable to work closely with clients 
• Highly motivated 
• Motivation to strengthen their law experience and the firms
