Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Charity, who are looking for a Fundraising Manager to join their team based in South London.

Position: Fundraising Manager          
Rate: £43,000   
Location: South London                
Work Type: Permanent (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Work with Directors to create annual business plans and budgets to enable successful charity activities and services. 
• Use market insight and data to test and develop new donor acquisition strategies. 
• Ensure all campaigns are trauma informed. 
• Use research to identify new audiences and prospects.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the UK fundraising sector. 
• Database management with confidence in using other IT systems. 
• Excellent administrative and events management skills. 
• Written and verbal communication, particularly when engaging with stakeholders.
