Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Northwest London, are looking for an experienced Resident Services ASB Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in their resident services operations. 

Position: Resident Services ASB Coordinator
Salary: £21.89 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract: Temporary (November 2025) with Possible Extension
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the investigation & enforcement of anti-social behaviour across the borough in line with legislation, Council’s Strategies, policies and procedures.
• To educate and work in partnership with relevant organisations to enhance the safety and well-being of the public.
• Reduce levels of Anti-Social Behaviour within the Borough through the effective use of relevant powers.
• To determine compliance with ASB legislation, to determine the need for and to initiate enforcement action, including carrying out visits and determination of legislative requirements and the need for further action.
• Identify and carry out of investigations and preparing appropriate solutions for professional problems, within the relevant discipline, including consultation, liaison and partnership working.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Resident Services ASB Coordinator role or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Educated to a minimum of Advanced Level, or able to demonstrate relevant experience.
