Property Surveyor - Public Sector Estate Management
We are seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join our dynamic team of professionals, delivering expert property advice across a range of land and property issues. As part of our team, you will be responsible for advising on estate compliance, landlord and tenant matters, property inspections, rates and asset insurance, account valuations, boundary disputes, village green applications, and defects in title.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement estate strategies across a varied and complex portfolio of properties.
• Provide professional advice on land and property issues, offering creative solutions to complex cases.
• Collaborate with team members, taking ownership of cases and ensuring their completion.

Ideal Candidate:

• MRICS qualified, or a BSc holder actively working towards APC to achieve RICS qualification.
• Previous experience in a property or estates team, ideally within a public sector environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to case management.

This is an inside IR35 contract position for a 3-month duration, paying £400 per day umbrella.
